SD actually has plenty of depth at RB though, you guys ssaw the explosiveness of Sproles (fast little mother ****er) and they had that 3rd string rookie ( i think????) that did quite well in the game before this.

Yep... making it one of the more boring matchups in Super Bowl history, if you ask me. I think I would rather watch paint dry than see this game...

you dont think that LT wanted to play? QBs and RBs use their knees a hell of a lot differently. as a RB, you need to be able to cut and accelerate quickly, and a bum knee will not let you do that. different positions use their bodies different ways. and for those who say all he did was sit there and sulk, they showed him for a total of 30 seconds throughout the game. how do you know what he was doing between those shots. even if he did sit there the whole time, can you blame him for being pissed that he is not able to play in the biggest game of his career? you would be pissed to. but, i cant change your minds, people are stubborn about their "own" opinions that they heard on the tv/radio.

The difference is, he came into that game (and I quote), "fully healed and ready to go."

Go Giants, I guess. Just as long as the cheaters don't win.

Because it's his first almost serious injury, get real. A chance to go to the AFC championship how many more chances in your life do you get to try to accomplish this especially when the team is on your shoulders?? Pshh Pssh boo LT!

everybody does it. if they said LT was not going to play at all, thats one less guy the Patriots have to worry about. same thing as how Brady is on the injury list bout every week. make them prepare for him, and hopefully they spend more time thinking about him instead of Turner or Sproles. I think it was a mistake to say that he was fully ready to go, that was LT's fault, Turner was sticking with the general we'll see what happens answer. IMO, the reason people are so pissed off is because they were led to believe he would play, and he didn't.

It doesn't change the fact that Turner is an idiot.
By the way, you're an idiot, Soup. That is all.

The man is a ***** because he would like not to be in a wheel chair by the time he retires, he is smart. He is THE best RB in the league right now and he will have many more chances to get their as long as he is with an average team(Chargers) and I will put money on it he will make it before he retires.
