Yes it's a free service, but I agree this is getting ridicules!!, Never in Socom history has there been so many issues with the online multiplayer aspect of the game. There is just so much negativity lately, but it's for a good reason. Socom has become a cheat/glitch fest, and that's only if your online long enough to see it before becoming booted. I am embarrassed to tell friends or others about the online experience of SOCOM, it is no where near what it was during SOCOM 2. Still if it's a free service how are they supposed to sell more games which in turn creates revenue and profits if they don't fix what's wrong with the multiplayer, that's what made the Socom series popular in the first place. And now with the PS3 being released that has really yet to get off the ground with launch issues and everyone complaining about the PS3's online experience as well. With unbelievable
