Locked multiplayer attire.
I'm fairly sure, this is the most ridiculously amateur question. But I'm gonna ask and prepare for any flaming.

How do you unlock the "locked" characters on the online multiplayer?

Two Charactors are from beating the PSP version.

The rest you can learn by going to Gamefaqs.com or something. Research is good for the soul.
