I was lookin at the top ten player's stats earlier today out of curiosity. I was wondering if anyone else noticed that everyone of them uses an Mk-48 and has about a 1.1234 hit %. Is this the only way to get up there? Camping somewhere spraying anything that moves with 3000 rounds.

You most likely have played with them in regular rooms, however, that is not how they achieved the rank they have.
They Rank up, meaning they exploit the ranking system on the game and become some of the top players.

If you know they rank up, then zipper must know. Why don't they just ban them? I mean its a ***** to get my rank up. When i got the game i played for a few days a whole lot and was in the top 2000 now im at 50,000. They should do somthing about that.
Ps. Why did otter get banned?

also rank doesn't matter just play for fun =]

these clowns make special rooms with their friends and rank up. I mean, some of them have 16 kills in one round as their best round and some have 70 kills in 1 game as their best game. Ottor was banned for being a rank up, just like the rest of the top 100. There is a new way to rank up, well not new, its just being more widely discovered, and their stats all look legit, but their rating goes through the roof. Im not going to say how they are doing it, but some of them are being banned for doing it.

you can't be banned from tehe forums for ranking up or glitching unless its in a official v-g-f.com room so yea otter didn't get banned for that. Otter barley plays s3 anymore...

Of course Zipper knows people rank up. Do you really think they care enough to ban them? Nope, at least they haven't shown me they do.
Here is a really good explanation of Zipper Int.. Take all the logic you use in one day. Cut that in half, then cut that in half. That is the logic that all of the people at Zipper have combined.
