Ok for some reason when ever I login to Socom:CA as soon as I'm on I get kicked off by error 9 then I login back in after it takes me to the universe screen and everything is fine. Then I join a game and play a few rounds and leave and my whole game just freezes up everytime. So please if anyone can help at all, I've been looking around but haven't heard or seen of anyone else with the same problem.

Seems like your game disk is scratched but it may also be your PS2. Get an Air Duster and just blow all the dust out of it.
Yea i'm having a similar problem. Most the time when I'm play socom on ps3 or ps2 i'm going into a room and when I leave to find another one I end up freezing trying to join that game. I don't know why that is happening to me.
This happens to me a lot...I have several names and when I played one of them I got the same crap...Server 9 and just freezes in the middle of a game..so its not your ps2. Some files just get corrupted....I came back after a couple days later and it played fine for me.
