Its not bad its just annoying like the f-90. Both are very beatable, but still very annoying. I have no idea why people call it a glitch its not really, just annoying.
What exactly is quick sniping and why do people think it is bad?
Think it this way Quick Sniping is a way of sniping that doesn't involve standing still. Quick Snipers move around the map seeking out their oppoents. There is really no reason for people to think it's bad as they are pretty easy to kill as long as you jump with them and get close to them.
JUMP sniping isn't the sole definition of QUICK sniping. Putfile - how i qs I uploaded that a long time ago to show people. This is quicksniping/'indexing'
JUMP sniping is where you run around in 1st person usually

I am actually a decent quick sniper, when I feel like doing it. I cannot stand just sitting there and waiting for someone to come up and run in front of me. I want to move around, im starting to become anti-camping.

Amen to that, and yea I was a good quicksniper when I played. I just played with S3 a lot and they helped me.
