Mic Issues

yesterday and today I've had head set issues. i can talk but cant hear. anyone have this problem? a few other people had this problem too.

Go into single player. At the start of any mission the HQ lady usally says something. If you hear her say something it's just a lot of lag in the games you were in or something with your connection its self. If you don't hear that lady talk in the beginning of a mission then the speaker in your mic is broken.

It might be your headset, or it might be the USB connection on your playstation 2 not getting a solid metal to metal connection. If it doesn't work in the Single player, then you should try to use a Q-Tip and clean out the USB port on your playstation. That would be better than buying a new mic and finding out that your Mic was fine, but it was mearly the USB on your Playstation2

Thats good advice some times I just unplug and re-plug (while playing) and that works give that a shot if you havent already.

I'm on my 3rd headset. The sony brand seems to be a lot better than the other versions if you need to get a new one.
