Lets just say that movies that orginally had Jim Carey and then a sequel that doesn't, usually dont turn out that well. (I.E Son of the Mask, Dumb and Dumberer). That reminds me that they are making another Ace Ventura but with out him, which is just plain stupid.

I think Evan Almighty will be waaaaay funnier than Bruce Almighty. Steve Carrell was the only funny thing about the first one... And I have a rule about giving sequels props right off the bat anyway. Jenifer Anniston's and Jim Carrey's acting , especially the relationship scenes , were horrible and reaked of plastic.

Very excited for Transformers myself. Kind of reminds of independence day.

Let's just hope Transformers isn't topped with heaping mounds of melted Moterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese like Independence Day was.

Jim Carrey did fine aside from when he was with her in my opinion. It wasn't the best, but it sufficed for a comedy. Evan Almighty dealing with a flood, it's set up for more laughs I think. It's easier to write for something like that in my opinion.

You got a point, I should say it reminds me of when Idependence Day came out and everyone thought it was awesome. The more you see it though, the tackier it gets.

What says awesome more than The President of the USA and RVs' full of Hicks learning to Fly F-16 fighter jets against Itelligent life forms in a matter of Hours. Ohhh.... and dogs leaping to safety from atomic explosions.

All this movie is doing for me so far, is giving me flashbacks of Godzilla '98.

It's all strangely familiar...
Classic source material, loved by different generations, gets a big budget, big studio, big name, hollywood extravaganza. Sadly, that resulted in one of the most ultimate stinkfests of the 20th century.

Morgan Freeman is in this one too. I wish I could ask him what it's like being "God"...oh wait, I'll just ask Teknic.

I cannot wait until 300. i love all that greek/roman stuff (see last 5 dvd's and video games ive bought, all have to do with greece/rome) and the sparta idea is going to be ill. Just watching the trailer gets me excited.

Another is saw 4. I know some people dont like it, but its my favorite series ever. No, im not a sick kid, i just like the movies. Im interested to see how it turns out since in every movie, they leave so many lose ends.
