Even if the rest of the songs on United Abominations, the new Megadeth album in the works, are horrid I'll still buy it. This song kicks more *** than Rambo, Godzilla, and Robocop combined.

Never figured you for a Megadeth fan Radio. Defintaley looking forward to the album. Megadeth happens to be my favorite Thrash band and one of the few bands that I actually like from the 80's.

The lawsuit wouldn't really be a good idea... it's not like Dave Mustaine made a video game called "Gears of War".

Now that would be grounds for a lawsuit.

I think that the similarity in titles is a coincidence. I don't see any connection between the song and game. The term gears of war is common enough to simply be used by both parties especially since Megadeth so often uses such topics in their music.
