If S3 is rated mature and CA is like a big patch of a game to S3 how can it be rated Teen? That doesnt make much sense. It doesnt matter like Ripper said, but If it is Teen I will miss saying its rated M for a reason when some 12 year old is yelling Pokemon and Timberlake and **** in my ear.lol

Maybe it got rated Teen because the people who make Socom are actually those annoying twelve year olds that yell all that jazz ^read above^. And they got tired of being told that this is 17+, so they just made it "T" so that they'll be more accepted.

Its true, Im part of the GAP (gamers advisory panel) of the playstation underground.. Probably shouldn't have said that but o well.. and I did receive and email that it is rated teen for:Violence, Drug Reference.

I don't care! Battlefield:MC is teen and it was good while it lasted.

There are already a million people under 17 that play Socom. But I stand at the same spot as madgza. If S3 is rated 'M' and CA is basically an upgrade (like how S2 was to S1 - with new maps, guns, skins, and the like), how could it be rated 'T'?

But on the other side, age doesn't seem to play a role in Socom. I know twelve year olds that play Socom that are more mature than some fourty year old guy that probably still lives with his mom (Sorry to those that do, but aren't immature).

Yes I don't care about the rating on it. I would play it no matter what the age restriction is. Everybody does it, nobody cares.

I'm looking at it this way.

None of the Socom games had a high level of blood in it to begin with, so I'm not missing much. However, I wish the game was rated M, for a reason (meaning more blood). Looks like they went the opposite path!

It don't really matter, since they share the same server anyway. If you want blood, don't buy CA and save yourselves some money at the same time.
