People underestimate the art of "Teamwork". Even if you have the people that are the best with their guns but dont use teamwork. But then the people that do use it will will most of the time in my opinion.

-Communicate.
-Use Tactics.
-COMMUNICATE.

Working as a team is simple. Working as a team and bein efficent is not.
Personaly team work starts with intel, the more eyes you have on a specific target or objective the better. Secondly team mates need to be selfless, that is the hardest part of working with a team over a game. Socom to some people is all about the kill. Team awareness is also important knowing were you team mates are will give you an idea were the battle front is, it will also cut down on friendly fire casualties.
