mic problem

my last two mics i have had the same problem. I can't hear anything unless i tilt the mute botton box thing in certain directions, or move the wire connected to the mute botton around...and if i move at all i cant hear anymore..it sux!
im most likely going to buy a new mic(which will be like my 6th one), but does anyone know how to fix this so i wont have to?

Emerica, i had that same problem. My solution was to go out and buy a new mic. Make sure that whenever you use it, clip the mute button onto your shirt so it doesn't hang down.

Yeah, from personal experience, that is a sign of the mic wearing out. All I can tell you is....

1) Buy a new PS2 Logitech and take real good care of it. Don't let the wires get twisted up or tangled or anything.

2) Invest in a good one, and you won't have to go out and buy a new cheap one everytime. Logitech - USB Headset 350 with Microphone - 980374-0403
