Look speed, Acceleration, & Dead zone

I don't know where this thread should go and it may have been already said but I am going to ask anyways. It is probably self explanitory but exactly what do "Look speed" "Acceleration" and "Dead zone" actually do? I want to make all of my controls custom because in other games it has made me more succesful.

So I have tried Commando setting and Frogman but I think I am stickin with Precision Shooter.

And I want to know what exactly I should change for my advanced custom setting.

Help is much appreciated!
Thanks

You should actually stick with frogman, talking with L2 is a lifesaver.

Look Speed: How fast your crosshair moves when you move the analog stick. Comparable to mouse sensitivity in PC games.

Acceleration: How fast your crosshairs speed up. Example: If jam your analog stick right your crosshair will move slower at first but then speed up to the max lookspeed. If this is max, then there is no wait time.

Dead Zone: How much effort it takes exerted on the thumbstick to move your character/xhair. If this is very low then you won't have to exert much force on the thumbstick to move your character/xhair. Too high and you will have to move it quite a bit before your character/xhair starts to move.

I set my Deadzone to 0 for cheap laughs and my guy inched forward slowly even if I wasn't touching my controller. It makes it extremely sensitive.

...... 0 Deadzone makes it UNsensitive. 100 is what you're talking about.

No, 0 deadzone(when the bar is all the way to the left) makes it reallllly sensitive. 100 deadzone(when the bar is all the way to the right) is the opposite..

My deadzone is at 0 or close to it (I actually need to raise it because my player keeps inching backwards), my look speed and acceleration are both close to 100.
