A classic if I must say. Not only is it as good as the first one, but in some ways, I think it's, dare I say, better then the first one. The only other sequel I can think of that was better then the film before it was the original Dawn of the Dead. And that was back in the 70s. It took this long to have another movie be better then the first. Good job Smith.
EDIT: Also, Red. What theater did you see it at? Was it Mega Movies? Tell me you weren't actually at Mega Movies!

Being from New Jersey myself , I really enjoy Kevin Smith movies, Kevin did two Bridge shots in the movie that were from my home town , Atlantic Highlands in Monmouth County. I used to ride my bike and egg cars over and under that bridge all the time. Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes even went to Henry Hudson High School the same school as me, did'nt know them, but I was there at the same time.
Just like Chasing Amy which was largely filmed in Red Bank, NJ and shot alot of scenes in Jack's Music Store, were I bought my first Dead Kennedy's tape and Atari 2600 games back in the day . Jack's closed down and Kevin bought it, and its now " Jay And Silent Bob's Comic Stash "
Instead of rambling what I'm trying to say is , I don't ever have to travel back to Jersey because I see it all in Kevin Smith's Movies............

jayandsilentbob.com has tons of pics and live webcams of the store. I was just there recently and there are tons of movie props all over the place. I just wish I was allowed to sit in the actual bluntmobile which is just sitting in the middle of the store.

That is so awesome! And check this out. Brian O'Halloran, the actor who plays Dante and his relatives, grew up in my town (Old Bridge). As a matter of fact, I think he went to my high school. I got to look at the year books or on one of the site s so I can be sure, but he did grow up here. Now I wonder what part of Jersey Jeff Anderson lives in.

I just saw just now in the Multiplex in hazlet. It's a weird feeling when you see places that you live around/at in a movie that millions are going to see, but its kinda annoying when all of your friends wont shut up about the ****ing clown or the wenddy's and pizza hut. And of course around the time of the movie, everyone was bragging about they're mom/dad went to high school with jason or kevin. As for the movie, I thought it was very origanal. It's one of those movies that you can quote and the subject and not look a total idiot. There was few jokes (as in few I mean two) that were predictable. Just seeing Jay ask "Do you wanna **** me?" was hilarious. I enjoyed the ending alot, it gave you a very nostiglic(sp?) feeling, I thought it was very origanal with the lady and the milk. There was only one thing that buged me, multiple scenes in the same place, thats why "Jay and Silent Bob Stirke Back" is still my favorite Keven smith film, but this movie is a close second.
Edit- As you can see, I take movie reviewing very seriously, =].

I didn't notice it when I saw it, but now that you mention it, there is only a few customers(sp?) that go along with a joke.

I saw the Clown in the movie, and even though it's been a while I seem to remember that particular Clown was in front of a FOODTOWN on the Outskirts of Red Bank. Yes ??????
