Could not have said it better myself, except substitute the front grip with the rifle laser (except for the hk5) and take out the 9mm sub. :smile:

Hmm, everyone here likes the rifle laser, for some reason it messes up my aim when ever I use it, so I never use it. When i'm a Seal, I use the M4A1 with a front grip and suppressor 1, and when i'm a terrorist I usually use the STG with front grip and suppressor 1, ans sometimes the RA-14 with the same attachments....the RA-14 has become my new favorite gun.

I have found myself using the rifle laser alot more as of late. I like it because it is lighter and I seem to get more headshots somehow... but it may just be a mental thing. Also the front grip only works in standing and in crouch, but those times when the win is depending on surviving (a.k.a camping) and you consequently prone...the rifle laser still helps.

IDUB-80 and the STG-77. Need i say more, they are great guns. With a FG and suppressor they own, and if you are on big maps swap the FG with a scope. I had trouble when I started but once i unlocked these it was simple. One exception if i am carrying an AT-4 i switch the IDUB for the M14/16.

I disagree. I use it on every map, except occasionally Citadel I'll bust out the old MK. It works well for me, and after lots of practice I can stand up against even F90s in close range.

Silenced assault rifles have very low range, like 70ish meters. And really, they aren't effective at that distance since you don't have a scope. I couldn't stand the fursteration of knowing there's an enemy 100 meters out but not being able to do anything about it but tell my team.

I think everyone goes through that phase on S3 where they think the IW is hot sh.t. You'll get over that. True, it's accurate, and has great range, but is just so heavy and a little on the weak side.

As an aggressive player, I tend to engage targets within 40m most often, and in those scenarios I didn't find the IW getting the job done as well as my suggestions above.
