How do you feel about little kids playing this game?
I will start.... I do not like little kids playing this game because they have mouths on them that should be slapped. They hog the mic up and in turn makes you lose matches. I think they should make you pay to play so little kids cannot get on this game.

Like I said in other posts, I think this game was given a rating of Mature for a reason. There are plenty of teenagers out there mature enough to play this game, but I can't stand the fact that there are kids 12 and younger on this game (I can't help but wonder what kid of parents the kid has).
I'll agree with the pay to play (as long as it's not too **** expensive).

You are completely forgetting about the immature older people that don't deserve to play the game either. You can't stereotype people if you are not going to look at all views of the subject. Most immaturity comes from the fact of people just straight up being a**holes and getting away with it because there is, and will be no punishment for them.

whats wrong with little kids, they usually don't even talk unless people provolk them. Then they start to think it's fun and jokes. They don't really know that the attention is bad attention.

There's not much anybody can do about the older, immature people on this game.
The cold-hard fact remains though. The game is M rated (for 17 +)
Definition:
MATURE
Titles rated M (Mature) have content that may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older. Titles in this category may contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content, and/or strong language.
So far, the worst I've seen is a couple of 6 year olds playing this game. :?

Mob is absolutely correct. Maturity does not depend on age, but how you act. Sure, the game is rated M, but you don't need to be 17+ to play the game, only to buy it.
If you're going to look at something one way, be sure to look at another thing the same way.
I've played with annoying kids before, and they simply get voted. However, I've played with a small percent of kids who aren't annoying, who don't hog the mic. Someone will ask them to put their voice mod. on or to not talk as much, and they do. I'm with you on having this game be played by persons 17+, but you can't degrade persons under that age while giving others 17+ a pass on the immature behavior.

You just about said it all. People can say that "maturity doesn't depend on age" and all that but the fact is kids aren't supposed to be playing socom, its illegal for them to buy it on their own. I wouldn't want to pay to play though.

I agree, and I'm not stereotyping in any way. In fact, one of the big reasons kids should not play this game is because of immature adults who say the most ****** up stuff on the mics. I just don't see any way to control the older adults without setting up a system that has the potential of being abused too much.
You are correct when you say that you don't need to be 17 to play the game, but then again, you don't need to be 21 to actually drink the alcohol in a beer, or be actually 19 to smoke a cigarette (does that make it ok?).
On that same note, I don't believe in playing "dad" while I'm online. If someone is on my team, and I think he/she shouldn't be there (regardless of age), I'll just hit my vote button, and leave it at that. I also have a few members of my clan that are under 17. That may make me sound hypocritical, but since there is nothing I can really do about this age issue, I might as well let these people come into my clan where I do my best to provide a more positive game setting (respect is the main rule in my clan). One of my big rules is no flaming/insulting anybody in my clan, or any opponents.
