I was going to try one of those new fangled Smudge sigs. So I found a tutorial on ChaosGfx becuase I have no clue what I'm doing with those smudge sigs. I started following the tut, and then I got bored so I did my own thing. I kinda like it.

thats sweet, im usually not a fan of smudges but i like the contrast and the differntneses of it, like i said on AIM its sweet.

Remove the scanlines, get some good text in there, add more to the BG.

urs looks cool, but you should try to smudge from the outside in a little so you don't see distinct X's and +'s

Yep. Thats it. I think I may've done something wrong...but then I didn't care so I just kinda screwed around with it.
I think the distinctness adds something to it. (of the +s and Xs)
