I think Socom played a big roll into me wanting to join up with the Marines. Not so much SEALs because I don't really want to be a Navy boy (though Marines are a department of the Navy...Mens Department).
But yeah, any of you that go in SEALs, or any service beside the Navy, good luck.

I agree with the marines being the top. I would never join the military, but I am a historical enthusiast. Historically, the Marines are kick ***, because they were the first special forces. Revolutionary war, all they had was Boats and Fields, marines could operate on both. Their ranks grew into an entire branch. But they still remain the large scale quick reaction force, in under 48 hours we can get marines on the ground. Marines = Kick ***. Navy = Not cool 'cause you don't do anything (I'll get it for that comment). Army = Plain Lame. Spec Ops = So you're TRYING to get shot and left behind?
