I don't know if this has been covered but have you guys ever notice the weird screaming that goes on in the background of Killing Fields? At first I used to think that it was all the other players just warring it out and they were battle cries in the form of External Whispers. But then it hit me the other day that these can't be heard when you're right next to a group of people duking it out. So what are these ghost whispers?
It sounds like a foreign language (Iraqi?) so my thoughts are maybe Zipper is doing somekind of spoof on the conspiracy with US armed forces torturing Iraqis and Afghans. It would just be kind of funny. Maybe the screaming is some poor Iraqi in an unenterable room (maybe the Lighthouse by the terr spawn?) who is getting a battery charger clamped to his unmentionables? What do you guys think?
I thiught the same with killing fields now I think thats specter after getting by jester with a AT-4 in the back ( happened to me in single player) in fault.. that is a guy taking piss to the entrance of base.
also in fault you can hear whistling. its like the dead miners are mining again. haha creepy.
But yeah I do hear thoose screems, I never really bother because I am always concentrated with the game. But at first I did pay attention, I guss to add adrenaline to the game.
Killing Fields there are people screaming Put your hands in the air in an Arabic accent. Fault you hear the whistling and the tools dropping and the water dripping......
nothing beats when i was glitching to top of towers in killing fields >>non ranked game i don't glitch in ranked ones<<<< i saw my body ignite like i was in H@LL, somebody put a video of it b4

I have noticed the distant explosions in killing fields, but i never noticed human voices. Someone detail exactly where to be to hear these.

Well Big Red 11. You can be anywhere when you hear the voices. Just turn your volume up a bit. I had the same problem but all I did was turn my volume up a bit. Try it, see if it works
or i have noticed in citadel a certain door that will swing open right when you turn the corner and going to open it its wierd it has happend alot to me and i always thought it was an enemy but i rushed out trying to see if i could catch them but their never there. its not the spawn where it has a big space and the tank was on sp but the other spawn simmilar and you go up the stairs to the right when you spawn and then there is a door to the right. that is the door that keeps swinging open automatically when you are approaching it. kinda weird or i think it is
yeah i heard those screams its crazy, and u hear doors openin and closin wich is weird since there is no doors in the middle of the dessert!!!!!!!, but with subwoofers it adds exitment to the game.
