See this is a touchy subject. If he hadnt murdered people then id be all for it and just so you know he got CHARGED with 4 murders but i gaurantee he was behind and/or involved in WAY MORE...i mean he founded the godam crips.... Secondly sure hes helped people while he was in jail but christ sakes what else is there to do in there!!?? He has had his peace, hes helped people and his books, writings can continue to help. He doesnt need to live longer to do that. An example has to be set or murderes etc will feel its ok to do bad things and go to jail and write books etc to get off harsher penalties. Its not liek he robbed a bank or somethign HE TOOK LIVES. Eye for an eye i say. Also as a tax payer overall anyone on death row needs to be put to death quicker, tired of my tax money keeping them alive when it could go towards homeless and starving peopel that need it more.

Wanna amount to something in life and NOT DIE in prison....then BEHAVE and do what RIGHT! Pretty dam simple...

People also have said he changed in prison. WRONG. He was in five fights, one being only two and a half months before yesterday.

Im not a big fan of the death penalty. I think anyone who screws up needs to be taken out back and shot point blank in the face immediatly. No ifs ands or buts about it. Straight bullet to the face, thats what I say. Holding someone in a cell while they wait for death is useless. Years pass, the person claims theyve changed.... bla bla bla bla. If I were Arnold, I let him live. But if I were the justice system Id be a 9mm to the face 10 mins into the arrest.

I completely agree with Dynastar. There is no point in having somebody wait in jail if they commited a crime like this. I believe they should immediatly be punished.

And scuba, if I were in jail I would get in fights too. I dont want to be anybodies *****.

Arnolds making the decision tonight so if you guys see what choice he makes, post it. Ill try to catch what the results are but I may miss it.

Arnold denied the appeal to save tookies life and he is going to be put to death. Here the link I read it from.

Kill him. As said before, he killed 4 innocent people. He shouldn't live because he claims to have changed.

BOG, you're a little late...

The reason for him not being put to death immediately, is due to the case checking with each level of the courts. They need to see if evidence was planted, he had a fair trial, and the whole basket of fruit.

I'm glad that ***** will die tomorrow, though.

Magnum, you can't get in five fights and claim you've changed...

Do any of you knoe how he was awarded his nickname? If he saw something he wanted, he'd take it. It was originally Took, but later changed to Tookie.

If only I had a "Death to Tookie" shirt...
