About joining the game late... I'm like 90% sure that if you join a game in the 10th round and your team loses/wins in the 11th then it will count. So, pretty much if you are in a ranked game for two rounds or more than everthing counts.

Nice I learned something new!! If I join a game and for some reason dont like it, I can abort within one round. Nice find, I surprised they wrote you back lol.
