That totally clears up alot of questions regarding rankings.

One thing though, I have better stats than my friend (more games played, and percentage wise more wins, more kills, and obviously more deaths). But his position and rating is much better than mine. How is this possible? Am I missing something.

I have 4 more disconnects than he does. But that would suc if disconnects (which isn't your fault) counts. I can understand "quits", but not disconnects. I have about 4 quits.

So if I join a game late, which is every time I sign on for my first game, the first round doesn't count, but every round after that does count. Let me know if I got this right.

I can't say for sure (but I used to wonder about this myself). But I've "tested" this, I've found that if I join a room which was already in it's 3rd round (out of a possible 11), the stats counted. Games joined in after the 4th round, didn't count the stats. Don't quote me on this, but that's just what I found for myself. In any case though, it's still fun to play, and good for practice.

Why don't you become a game tester for socom 3 dot com forums? I'm sure there's tons of people with questions that need to be answered.
