WTF!!!!!!!!!??????? Im 17 so this rule does not really effect me however i was 14,15 and 16 at one point and at those ages i played M rated games. Basically this law would enforce the "no selling M rated or AO rated games to any1 under 17" rule. This is complete trash and basically will hurt the gaming industry causing prices on things to go up. It will also put our tax dollars towards enforcements which is a complete waste. Now i know some of you are saying this is good cuz then we wont have those 12 and 13 year olds hogging the mic and talking w/ their high pitched voices. That is true but like i said it will most likely hurt the gaming industry becuz of reduced sales. Leave it to noisy little sh** democrats like hilary to stick their noises in the gaming industry. She has her prioritys completly f---ing wrong. How about trying to improve the environment of NY before you go trying to get bills passed for things you dont have a damn clue about. Makes me wanna line up my crosshairs on her forehead and pull the trigger ....getting a very satisfying display. What r ur thoughts guys and girls????
If you are 14,15,16, it is highly doubtable you are in a gaming store by yourself (aka without parents). Unless you have a job and there is one right next to your house, just let your parents buy it.
LOL. that still wont stop nothing..I thought that was already enforced..anyway they act like your moms cant buy it or something....O yea why is socom rated M there isnt any cussing or anything bad

exactly, this law has always been in effect in CA, they always ask for ID
It won't stop little kids, you think they actually buy the games anyway? Nope, mommies and daddies. Get ready for Christmas boys, lots of new little kids to enjoy!

Not here in Cincinnati dude. I've bought multiple M rated games from the 3 or 4 gaming stores around here and nobody cares. Guess i'm kind of lucky because i'm only 15, and wouldn't be aloud to get them in a lot of other places. I don't think it should matter if your 15 or 16, but playing SOCOM with some fucking 10 year old is bullshit. There is NO reason they should be playing.

I figure people should stop whining. Most parents know that their kids are buying these games anyway, so they will just buy the games for their kids. Thats what I do, because Best Buy and WalMart check ID....
(I still dont think I ever gave my dad the money for Socom 3....)

LOL, what enforcments?! Last time I checked, it doesn't cost a penny for someone who works at a store to tell the kid he's too young to buy it and they won't sell it to him.

How the hell do you have a Job at 13? That's not just illegal, that's ridiculous. 13-year-olds making 400-dollar purchases is unheard of here.

He said he's 14 turning on 15, nub!
Besides, 14 year olds can have jobs at certain places. Most Chick-fil-a's age minimum is 14 actually.

I have 2 paper routes and help my dad out part-time. It is not illegal, I have my SIN and paper routes are non-taxable. It took me about 6 months to save up all that money Red, and now since the snow is starting to fall I also shovel driveways at $10 a peice. At our last major snowfall i mate $230 in 3 days
PS i'm 14 turing 14 Idiz
Hey I had a paper route too...during the summer. I dropped because it because my swimming takes up too much of my free time during school. Plus the pay wasnt all that great, $60 for a month...
