Straight From Sony's Mouth On the Stat Issue
i recently said ah wtf ill write em and see if i can get anything out of em on whats going on... but i thought you all would like to know what they had said about the situations...

Over the past weekend there was an issue with the stats processing
server that caused it to stop
processing stats. The stats data was not lost and continues to be
logged for all games. This issue
has been resolved but there is a backlog of stats to be processed.
Stats will be processed in the
order that they were recorded and the backlog should be cleared by
early next week. We apologize
for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this process.
