Straight From Sony's Mouth On the Stat Issue

i recently said ah wtf ill write em and see if i can get anything out of em on whats going on... but i thought you all would like to know what they had said about the situations...

Over the past weekend there was an issue with the stats processing
server that caused it to stop
processing stats. The stats data was not lost and continues to be
logged for all games. This issue
has been resolved but there is a backlog of stats to be processed.
Stats will be processed in the
order that they were recorded and the backlog should be cleared by
early next week. We apologize
for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this process.

That's great. Now maybe they will address the Disconnected from Network issue that doesn't seem to be a big deal with them based on how slowly their solution seems to be.

Sony is not the problem, they are just babysitting until Zipper decides to actually do something about their piss-poor game.

yea it was good to atleast hear something from them... i also asked them about a patch , if we could look for a patch in the near future but i guess they didnt feel like answering that question or they didnt know...

It'll be interesting to see if any thing happens now, or just how long it takes to happen, but at least Sony is admitting that something is wrong and giving a reasonable explaination.

So did they send you their standard reply or is their standard reply based on the mail they sent you?
