Solution for 'no names over teammates head' problem?

Alright, well I personally use the compass and can tell the difference between a seal and a terrorist online(most of the time). But that's not my point . I see alot of people complaining about this 'problem', and also alot of teamkilling because of it. I know probably a part of the reason for the no names above teammates heads is so there isnt 15 names plastered all over your screen. Well, I was thinking instead of names..maybe just have some small icon or symbol above your teammates head..big enough so you can see it, but not too big to where theres a bunch of them all over the screen. Just thought I'd post this up as an idea, maybe to get considered for something in the future, but not hoping for anything. :P

This would have the same effect as the players names... no matter how small you make it.

No matter where you turn you'd see some symbol plastered all over your screen.

I have a solution, Its called pay attention.

Thank you. If you cannot tell the difference between a Seal and a Terrorist, then do not play the game. It isn't hard, I adjusted after my first game. I think IO have a total of like 8 teamkills, with more than 50 games. That's about the same as someone would have in Socom 2. It isn't hard to learn the little differences.

i never had a problem with team killing. I have only had 2 TK's and have played over 130 games. You just have to know what suit to look for and just look at your radar. If your sniping lock on to the target and see if your cursor turns red or green. Its not that hard, just takes some time getting used to.

I would vote people like you off.

It is not hard to, when you are in armory, look at the suits of the people who are on your team. If you see someone wearing a suit like one of those, you don't shoot them.

I don't get as frustrated with teamkills and Ghille suits (on some maps) just because they look so alike. But when someone is running right behind me, how can you not see that your crosshairs are not red?

Its not that hard to not get teamkills

WoW can people just pay attention. Im sick and tired of people saying o sorry I thought you were a terrorists/seal. I play to enjoy the game, but I dont like when people are morons about the game and dont pay attention. Like Dionysis and discombobulate said just PAY ATTENTION to the game and know who you are shooting at

Last time I played the game was about 3 weeks ago. It was 15 ghillie suits against 15 ghillie suits. I can't tell the difference between them. Oh, and laugh out loud at the people getting angry in this topic.

Think and check first, then shoot especially in the big open maps.

Alot of people run around and just shoot anything that moves or just chuck nades everywhere!

Mistakes do happen though from time to time though, I have like 2 or 3 teamkills in 20 something games.....if you teamkill, first off apologize!!!

A perfect example of an error/teamkill I can think of is yesterday in citadel, I was having a shootout with a seal thru a doorway. The seal and I had criss crossed the doorway a couple times and we were probably both getting low on health and one of us was about to go down. One of my teamates took him out by entering the gunfight from the room the seal was in. I didn't see the seal go down nor did I see my teamate enter the other room and after he takes out the seal, blam, my teamate bolts thru the door the seal and I were just battling thru.
In that situation you react so fast its hard to stop it. My teamate should have slowed down after he finished off the seal a bit before charging thru the doorway......h3ll I thought it was the damm seal and a descision had to be made in split second... :?

I can see that happening, but its people that just shoot right off the bat without checking or anything. A couple of times I wasnt positive on who I had in my scope for a headshot. So all I did was go on the mic and asked if anyone was near the area. Someone responed and I didnt shoot. And people who complain about the ghillie suits being similar really really need to pay attention. They are completely different and easy to tell apart.
