exactly! i thought when they said extended episode it'd be 2 hours, i mean why would they put 41 days in 60 minutes? it took the entire first season w/the 1st crew for 41 days :-\ good episode though.

No, it didnt look like she was going to shoot him. It looked perfectly like she was going to slash his neck. Also, in the next episode scenes, it shows Jack in a furnished room saying something about Shannon being dead.....

Yep, I hope I don't miss next week's. And I have a feeling Anna's going to be taking over the "leader" role that Jack had previously had.

anyone catch the new episode this week about kate? what's up w/the black horse!? why did kate kiss jack if she's gonna talk to the ghost of her dad through sawyer about how she sometimes has feelings for him? how the hell is walt talking to michael on the computer, and why did it happen only when michael was in the room by himself? was anyone else upset that the extra clip they found of the video was meaningless? my friend is theorizing that since their are 6 dharma facilities, they're are other clips missing from the video at the other sites. if walt is talking to michael then that means he's at the other dharma station right? if the others want to kill the survivors so bad, they know their at 1 of the 6 why not go find them and finish'em off? also, echo is gonna go up against that "thing" in the woods next week that'll be sweet. i'm glad they pretty much kept anna lucia out cuz she's seriously getting in the way of my enjoying this show. i dont understand how kate's past past fits into her "past" where her highschool friend or whatever get's killed... when she was getting arrested for killing her pops, and she gets away, then she gets arrested for killing her h.s. friend, and that's what she's going back to america for i guess, but no one even says anything about the guys she shoots up in the bank when she's getting the airplane or whatever. i mean i'm sure it could be pieced togethor it's just that theres so much to remember now...anyways what are ya'll thinkin' about after this weeks show?

K, well, the new clip was not meaningless because right after it Michael sort of started doing what the told him not to do.

And I highly doubt it's Walt, or the real old Walt we used to know, maybe they brainwashed him or something....I dunno, I'm thinking it's just an "Other" talking to him.

it was walt dude. the first comment was "hello?" michael typed "hello?" and then he was like "who are you?" and michael typed "michael" and then the other person said "dad?" who else would type dad? i mean yeah, might be brainwashed walt, but i dont think so. when sayid and whatshername saw walt in the woods walt said "shhh" w/his finger over his mouth. the way i interpreted this, is if shannon hadn't said anything, and didnt go screaming after him into the woods, the other passengers would have stumbled onto them just sitting their, and shannon wouldn't have gotten shot. she didnt listen to walt so she went running yelling walt, and anna shot her, because she didnt know... leads me to believe walt wasn't brainwashed he's trying to help them. does that make sense to you? but in the clip for next week michael was def. getting the gun ready to go looking, so that had me pretty convinced he was gonna go get walt back. you dig?

Yes, I know it said "dad", but just like Anna-Lucia thought that Boone on the radio was an Other, that's what I think this is. I also think the whole Walt thing is too weird to comprehend. Yeah, he said shh and everything, but wtf, why wouldn't he just run or something, and when he went in shannon and sayid's tent and then whisper a bunch of mumbled garbage. Ugh. weird.

walt talks backwards now.. the first time shannon sees him he says "Don't push the button" and I forget what he said in the tent... Walt is def. trying to help them, but how I have no idea.

If you watched the first season, there was something weird about Walt that they mention he is "special" If anything, I think Walt has some kind of ability to communicate, like telekenetically or something and is trying to help them.
