i cant wait for the xmas noobs to come into this game. i remember on killzone when christmas rolled around my average kills went up by like 10 for a while. its nice, right about the time i really starting to get comfortable with the maps theres gonna be a bunch of idiot kids running around on shooting rampages just waiting to get picked off.

You're not that bright.

At all.

Mr. Witness to 500,000

The Socom server holds 100,000

Yeah but that was SOCOM 2. SOCOM 3 might have a bigger server than 100,000. Especially with 32 people per game.

:? wow... 500,000 people on at christmas? In a PSM mag reviewing socom 2 it said that it broke the playstion online record with 60,000 people at once... Now then, ''will it break the record'' I don't know will it??? jeez why does it matter, statistically socom's number of players has doubled each game so yes it will... i won't be surprised if it maxed out the servers (considering that it's max is 100,000) but they have a new one so who knows? I'm guess 30,000-80,000 will be the two extremes... and during the ''record break'' i would put my money on a good 140,000 since it already went gold and the reviews and commercials will break open more wallets than a mafia of 1,000,000 angry fat italians with bats.

What if, so many people get it at xmas... The main server(Like North America) get full and you can't connect???? THAT WOULD SUCK. I mean think, a popular game like S3? Sure it won't full forever but imagine at xmas?
