I think thats a bad idea limiting the number of people who can use suppressors in a game. Especially based on rank restrictictions.

the thing with silencers is that they take some power away from your gun=more shots to kill someone

let me say this certain weapons can only use the silence , so a m14 cannot have one, m603E cant have one , so dont piss urself , only certain WEAPONS!@

I tell you what, they should let you silence an AK-47. That would be sweet. And yes you can silence them in real life.

an M14 can use a supresser. in real life it is converted to the M21(think thats the name) as a sniper rifle..and i think in one of the pics of the beta on game spot it has it on there

yea I say 60-80% of weapons will be able to have a silencer on it

Silenced weapons are mainly for hiding muzzle flash =/
