Maybe she was kidnapped by a specialist team or something and then flown to one of the locales, held her for randsom.Then they found her becuase of an informant who maybe worked with the terrorists but then decided he wanted even more money and somehow contacted America's forces gave them the info and thats how the SEALs got there and thats how the First Lady got there.

Im thinking "First Lady" is just a code name. For instance, in S2, the level with Flatfoot. I doubt his code name was because he has flat feet.

Flat Foot was given a codename that suited him... he was defenceless and stupid... if this is a real picture, that is most likely the first lady

And anyway, bush went to Iraq, the first lady can go on holiday too... if her SS team screw up, first lady becomes a hostage...
