Want To Lose Weight??? FAST!

Eat 800-1100 Calories a day and exercise 2-3 times a week and lose a least 3 pounds a week Hey it worked for me :D

It might make you lose weight but its un healthy for your body. Eating so little and excersing so much. It could do some serious damage to you.

Yeah, not good man, especially if you are a teen male. Your body requires some 2000 calories a day and you could **** up your growth. Only way to get thin safely:
Work out
Eat healthy.
I'm actually toying with the idea of eating Total K(and supplements for the stuff that aint at 100%) and just water(Which is actually negative calories when chilled) and ramen(for empty calories). It could work, I'll test it on someone else though :D

Sorry to tell you the bad news, if you think exercising 2-3 times a week is a lot that's not good. 2-3 should be the least someone works out. I could understand if he said 7 times a week but 2-3 is for beginners.

The surgeon General has determined that everyone should get a moderate workout for 25 minutes a day atleast 5 times a week. My gym uniform... Depending on how fat you are, Its healthy...=/

During the Lacrosse season I would eat a powerbar for lunch, no breakfast, and go to practice. I would go home and eat a big dinner at 6, then no food until my next power bar. I would also drink about a gallon of water a day. I lost almost 20 pounds in like 2 and a half months.

I wouldn't reccommend THAT, but I would recommend eating healthy. I drink nothing but water (and the occasional alcoholic beverage) and eat nothing unhealthy (i.e. chips, fast food, etc.) and maintain portion control. I also try to get at least 20g of fiber a day. In one year, I dropped almost 35 pounds. I feel a lot better and have more confidence.
