During the Lacrosse season I would eat a powerbar for lunch, no breakfast, and go to practice. I would go home and eat a big dinner at 6, then no food until my next power bar. I would also drink about a gallon of water a day. I lost almost 20 pounds in like 2 and a half months.
I wouldn't reccommend THAT, but I would recommend eating healthy. I drink nothing but water (and the occasional alcoholic beverage) and eat nothing unhealthy (i.e. chips, fast food, etc.) and maintain portion control. I also try to get at least 20g of fiber a day. In one year, I dropped almost 35 pounds. I feel a lot better and have more confidence.
