Baby relax man this is a forum for discussion, not debating. Debating only leads to flaming.
Here is my typical playing style. I run, I shoot when I need to with whatever gun I'm using (usually m4a1 or m16 or sniper) and I stop when I want to. I don't do much of this jumping crouching quicksniping stuff your talking about because it isn't necessary. I focus on my aiming and such and I have no problem with people who do that stuff. For me, socom is usually a fun, no stress game because I choose to play that way. when dodging snipers I don't jump and dive, I just randomely move in different directions, usually very slowly. I have seen very few people who are hardcore examples of your type of run and gunners. I don't have to run and gun or quicksnipe, why should anyone else? I play how I want and accept others for how they play.
My personal opinion, M14 isn't the only gun that causes lag. Even M11's and M9's cause lag. Automatics are the most deadly lag causers of all, and the top of that would probably be the m60 because of its loud volume and fire rate/ammo.
Oh ya and when you jump and dive and quicksnipe, you aren't pushing the game to its limits, your pushing your character to its limits. If you were pushing the game to its limits then you would cause every game you did this in to shut down if more than 1 person did it. Also, pushing a character to the limits is not glitching, pushing a character BEYOND those limits is glitching. As long as you are lower than or on par with the limits I see no reason why it is glitching because the game allows it. It may be being cheap...but in no way is it glitching.
Btw there have been several guys like you here in the past months that have gotten banned because they insist on being correct. Another thing, trying to use grammar as an advantage in a conversation isn't very smart. I don't care how people type because most people don't care how I type. As long as I can read it I'm fine.
This is just a warning from a peer to look before you...umm....type lol
