Video Sig Question

I have seen some sigs in my day (lol) with video clips of socom3,black hawk down...stuff like that and i was messing with filters and seen a video option...how would i go about doing this?

get the video clip,edit it using WMM (Windows movie maker) then just got to photoshop and mess with it

Any help would be grand!

I've never done it but ive tryed it hase nothing to so with your video on adobe its made on image ready for the movie clip.. just goto pixel2life.com and type in movie sig it should come up
