2nd Roster Selection Process? (Socom 3)
I was thinking maybe we could have a "systematic" way of choosing our new members, much like the way U.S, Canada, U.K have an immigration point system.
We could select them based on certain criteria.
eg.
How Active (1-10pts)
Skill (1-5pts)
# of posts (1-10)
Maturity(1-10)
Friend already in the clan (+5pts)
# of Referral from current clan members(+5pts for each Referral)
Just a thought on making selecting new members easier. And remember the numbers can be changed.

erg, making something terribly complicated does not necessarily mean it's easier. I have already made a thread in CG and it's going fine.

Your meaning some people arent gonna be back in? I say you just combine first and second roster then make a new one as second. Unless thats what your already planning to do, im not sure.

Silly, the rosters in socom III are 32 people. We will have openings on first anyway too, since POTUS is in Germany and mOB has disappeared off the face of the earth. Not to mention several highly inactive people.

Man I so call getting into the first roster :P
And on Roster 2, the only people I've seen online lately are JustAMirage, AGuyWithAGun, and BraveArcher(Lu) sometimes. No more then that.

When selecting new people just have them play in the www.socom3.com rooms see how often they join them and see how they act and play.
