Socom3.com Army (S3A)
Because we usually get so many ppl wanting to join (S3) we should have a seperate clan wheres anyone can join no matter what post count they have as long as they uphold the core values. About maturity that can straightened out during the membership in the Socom3.com Army (complete with ranks and sh!t) When a spot opens in (S3) we can "draft the best candidate from the army.
So all the ppl who want to join can feel apart of it, but not **** things up in here.
Treat it like the waiting list roster except more structured.

A good idea, of course erg...but yet another hassle we'd have to deal with. IMO, it's a lot easier to say "we aren't recruiting at the moment, sorry" and forget about them rather than sending the all these people invites who will never play, and still be harrassed by them asking to join the actual clan.

I rather have active people than 5 rosters with inactive people.

I think you should keep just [S3], because if you make a sub-clan you are taking the meaning of being in [S3]. If I remember right it used to be we recruited pp who were good in the forums and in the game more important it would be a privilage to be in it. So if a sub-clan for the forums would be make it would take the prestige and honor to join [S3] well thats my thought. Keep one clan in the forums...

It's a good idea but you always get little ****tards who think they're all powerfull because they're high up on the clan list and discredit our site because they're rank-up *******s.

Im sorry for boosting this topic back from the bottom of the forum, but its better then making a new topic.
I was thinking that if we had the S3A it would be like SOTG. THe new member would make a new name (e.g [A-1] S3.com erg) this would quickly establish our presence online. this would expand far beyond the confinements of our own S3.com rooms.
We would have the same process of selecting members to S3 only more lenint(sp?)
You guys may think why am i still pushing this? I want us to be well-known. Even better known then we are now.
The S3A will uphold all our core values: cheat-free gameplay, maturity, and respect? And I can review the rosters and clean out the dead-weight. I will have a quota so there isnt some massive flood of new members as well
This can be made after the release of Socom 3 if there are more forum members who want to join. (if theres no room)
What say you?

I actually like the idea but I would think they can't join the main roster until(obviously a spot is open)they have 80 posts and if we aren't sure we should wait until more than 80, i know it seems like alot but I think we should set it to like 200 posts because 80 posts isn't good enough to see what the person is like IMO. But with like mukluk since hes freinds with c0mm i guess that could be sort of a loop hole. Or like SOTG does you have to have a sponsar from the clan to get the OK to get on either of the rosters.. I dunno some opinons.

No, we are not impersonating SOTG, nor are we going to turn into some militaristic clan, I loathe those types of clans. Besides, no one will be loyal and stay, S3 is coming up and we can have 2 rosters easily.
