Neglecting S2 & Release set back

Sony and Zipper seem to be forsakening the Socom2 players and servers. The reason being the new Socom3 coming out. Have they completely forgotten the people still logging on to SOCOM every day? Do they care about the thousands of people that play every day and ask the same stupid questions such as, "Why don't they clean up this mess?" or "When is the next patch?" Now people dont care about S2 because of S3. Well, think again if you feel that way, too. We still have three months left of Socom2!

The new set back puts the current release at November 8, 2005! What is your input on Socom now, and what can be done? This madness needs to stop. There are to many unhappy socom players at the current.

Majorly cleaned up for everyone. Please type in a sort of fashion where people can still clearly understand what you are trying to say. If a reader needs to stop and read it over two times you may consider revising your initial post. - c0mm

The information you gathered is misleading. The release date for Socom3 is carved in stone for October 11th, 2005. The site you cited for information proving the set back was for Socom: Fireteam Bravo. This is a completely different game and console.

First of all, you are a dumb <censored>. They are speaking of Socom: Fireteam Bravo for the PSP system in that article. Second of all, would you rather have a good game released that fixes all current problems with socom, or a sped up version of the next game much like Socom2 was for Socom? Come on now, everyone has to play through the lag and not everyone is complaining because they want Zipper's full attention on Socom3. What good will fixing Socom2 do now? It would prevent them from getting Socom3 prepared. Why fix a game you won't need to play in the next few weeks? Find a game to hold you off until the release if it is hurting you that much.

----------------------

P.S. The next time you think about posting an article and facts/opinions from that article, make sure to read the article in question with fine detail. The article proved your arguement invalid in the very first sentence. All you had to do was read the article instead of looking for a source.

PS - Next time don't double post. Use the edit option in the top right corner of your post if you want to add more or change your post. Thanks. Edited for grammar and censor bypassing. In addition, some of the flaming comments were reconstructed to reduce the insulting nature of the post. - c0mm

The official, confirmed release date for Socom3: US Navy SEALs is October 11th, 2005. The website and article you are basing your information off is for Socom: Fireteam Bravo. As stated above, that game is for the PSP and is a completely different game.
