I think one control preset is actually good. It gives no advantage to anyone and there is no unfair advantage that can be complained about. I know everyone can change it but not everyone does.

go invest in a chameleon or after glow controller from pelican and dont be so jumpy, ther eya go, reloading/fire selection problems all gone. i havnt had to deal with that since i used the stock ps2 controller when socom 1 came out, cmon its not that hard. also ive heard rumors that the alpha will feature full out customization of socom buttons, not just "A""B""C" type like the other 2. also, rmcsonics, the seal, scout, sailor, custom things are sensitivity controls, which sadly noone ever touches, only the people like me who prefer a faster camera and no dead zone touch them. i think he is refering to the button configuration, not the sensitivity calibration.
