It depends on the game. Madden has a ton of lag but you just have to find someone wit ha good connection, but then you need to find someone that doesnt cheat or use the same boring plays where you either dominat or get owned. Games like nhl 2k series are awesome online. There is basically no lag but thats probably because there are not a lot of players on that server.

i persanolly have to say that sports games are alot better online. because it just adds more excitment and a game mode where you never know whats gonna happen SURPRISES(sp?)

I'd have to say yes but in games like MLB The Show and any Madden game, it's all the same to me.

I would personally like to play the Computer. Play the computer alot, then try online. I found that with Madden 2006, when I played against a real person, that they were much better. I didn't know all the tips and tricks to the game, and they did.

I play Madden 2007 and Fifa 2006 and I do not lag at all.

I have good connection and when I play Madden it feels like im playing offline.

Ask Murk it is great barely any lag.

I like to play sports games.

I mean I just think it's not as interactive as socom and other games like that becuase in socom you got clans and downloadable content (in madden there's roster updates), etc.

But in Madden now there is a clan thing except they are called clubs.

There already is a V-G-F club he just didnt send out the invites yet.

On madden it laggs less when I play online then off........That shouldnt be though. But it is.

Oh and for madden I hope they dont do the roster update soon lol I use TJ Dukett(sp?) alot and I need him.
