Yeh, thats what I'm doing this week, my headset recently broke, and walmart is letting me bring mine back with a valid drivers license and they will give me a new one..

Man we are evil people taking advantage of warranties

Good googly moogly. I'm on my first headset still, I've had it since S2 came out. My S1 headset was a knock off or something and wasn't compatable with S2. Both still work and are peachy! :D How the heck do you break it more than once? Slow learners?

Jar, if you put a $5 dollar waranty on a mic, then you broke that mic and went to get another mic from the warranty for $5, then you put a warranty on that mic, wouldn't you be spending $10 for a new mic?

I did the same thing Jar. My headset broke so I got a new one with the warranty. Once the expiration date comes closer I'll just break it and get a new one lol.

I know the ones that have broken for me have just worn out....the wires go bad or something.

Now there was another one of course.....that one I threw down and apparently it just broke in a couple of pieces

Hey if it's under warranty they have to replace it. Otherwise they could be in trouble for not abiding to the warranty.

will they still offer the waranty then??? They know that they have to give you a new one because of the waranty, but after 3-4 headsets will they even offer you a waranty?
