Only one guy from each team shall be present. (I assume). From there everything for the tournament will be discussed. Am I right with this Mike?

Yes only the captain or leaders of each team will be present. We can get more done that way. We will discuss maps and times for each war. If you can't get in to the room, wait a little bit and try again.

BlueBallz and I would like to add g^ bitçhes for our substitute player. Being on 2 weeks in a row without missing a night is asking a lot. This is just in case one of us can't make it.

It's not that much. You will have plenty of time to be off socom. All really need to do is set up the match by picking maps and start time. Then play the war. It's not like it's going to cut into to much of your time.

4 refs + 16 2v2 captains + 8 4v4 captains = 28 total people. Thanks!

The reason we weren't doing sub players is because if someone was doing cruddy in a game, they can jsut say they have to go and bring in the sub player. This would be legal and would be cheating the system. I suppose a sub player can play in exchange for one person on your team, but once a war is started that roster needs to be locked in. If someone has to go you either agree to postpone or keep on going 1 v 2.

there is 3 refs. I will make a room for the 2v2 teams. Cheesy will make a room for the 4v4 teams. These rooms will be made on June the 30th between the times of 7pm - 8pm EST. Please have your maps in mind before coming to speed the process up.

There will be 2 7:00 matches, and 2 9:00 matches on july the 2nd.
There will be 2 7:00 matches, and 2 9:00 matches on july the 3rd.

So sign up for those. Please save the 7:00 matches for people that can't stay up late. example: OTTER

BlueBallz and I don't have bad games. There is no way in |-|ell I'd rather have someone else playing for him, even if he wasn't doing too hot.

The reason I brought this up is because I can't make Tuesdays. I wouldn't need a sub if we could some how pick which night we would like to play.
