I think if you make a sig in 5 minutes, expect people to complain about it because sigs should take time to make.
First thing I notice is the text. Make the stroke lower, right now its 3px (probably) make it either 1 or 2 px thick. Make the pixel text a different color, white stands out too much, try the color you used for your name.
I love the tech border, and those x's in the background.
