Actually it is a law. Just like if a movie is rated NC-17 even if you are with an adult you can't get in. Mature is for those who are 18+. However, it is legal to play and talk about the game anywhere if you have consent of your parent/guardian to do so. So if a 8 yr old asks his parents to buy ti and they say yes, then it's legal.

I actuallu doubt they care if anyone like 15+ plays, as that age and up are mature because they have entered highschool. Atleast they are somewhat mature and have probably been exposed ot much worse by that age.

If you get a head shot, the body will act in different ways. Not that I've seen humans shot in the head. But from the numbers of animals that I have, they do different things. You get one, and the body just does limp, and drops. Others will drop you one way, or the other. And sometimes the body will drop, and twitch all over the place. Or, the head will just dissappear, and the body twitch and/or drop. I've never seen a body keep walking, for a few steps, like in the movie. But that would be cool. Hope they can put a couple of those in the game.

dude, you can live with a low powered low impact bullet. i mean the bullet that hit lincon didnt kill him. he lived for a few days. u have to have a really weak gun with a really weak and bad bullet and miss the brainstem. then there either in a coma, pvs, or minimally consiues

I understand that Socom 3 is supposed to be about realistic warfare (or close to it), but making different ways of characters dying and in different forms and looks....woah! It's sounding like Unreal Tournament. I know that there is somewhat of this in Socom 2 but like heads falling off and bodies still running??? That's alittle far-fetched for a videogame, don't ya think?

I think he was refering to hunting in real life crazy. Most probably if anything changes for dying in socom from II to III it will be the addition of rag doll effects. I wouldn't like a whole dramatic ordeal each time I died or killed someone either. Just drop and be done with it. Rag doll makes it a bit more realistic and adds humour to the whole thing.

How about they have electrodes that you can attach to your nipples or something(nuts) and when you get shot it shocks the hell out of you. That would slow people down and make it more realistic.

It's not even funny how many times I've heard suggestions like this. Usually happens after people rush and get blow up by grenades. They throw the comment, "Maybe if they had a socom suit that shocked you where you got hit they wouldn't rush up and die anymore." I love this idea, it's really funny. However it's rather cruel and unusual also. How will it work if not everyone is required to wear it, and we can't make every wear it obviously. It would jsut be a few people who like pain that would buy it. Wierd.... lol :D

Make it to where the game won't even start unless it hooked up. There is nothing wrong with a masaquist either. Leave us alone. The pain is love. ;)

Yes, I didn't really mean they need to make the head explode. Sorry I didn't word that better. But I would like to see something like the ragdoll effect. Or a twitch or two.
Electrodes on the nipples

. Some people would just suicide themselves, to feel the pain.
I can see someone going to the store. "Yes, I'd like a new PS hand controller, and another set of nipple clips. That's the fourth set I've gone thru, this year." :D
