I don't know if I was paying attention through those videos or what but I did not see one. If anything, you may be talking about the X-M8 Concept Rifle.
Tanks would be fine, since they would die from a single RPG-7 or AT4 HEAT. And I think terrorists would have them anyway. All it would do is make you a huge target that can shoot rockets(with ammo of course) that moves at 30 mph . But still a single rocket would take it out.
EDIT: Watch closely in when they're picking weapons for the 9mm.
The graphics arent that hot now..its coming out in September or october of this year so they can still work out stuff..its just wat it looks like now
Actuaclly they are talking about not putting an online on it because of the lag response of the game.....they dont know if the response time is going to be fast enough so when u kill someone it doesnt lag up.....Just a headsup if they do or dont decide on putting in an online version.
I only know one thing: S3 is going to OWN. The seals look great, driving that humvee looks like a helluva lotta fun and i was watching the armory clip, and WOW they were customizing the guns and everything PURE OWNAGE - as for me, i cant wait.

Check out the vid when he is selecting his weapons. He scrolls through an AK-47 and 9mm Sub, and some other stuff. You see if you pay attention.
. But still a single rocket would take it out.
