If you don't know then why make up a price?
I had a problem with my PS2 and I gave them my serial numbers and shipped ot in to them got it back in about a week. i only had to pay for shipping and it worked great so thats the truth.
And if you call the toll free number 1-800-345-7669 they will tell you the proper way to clean your ps2..

WRONG I had my ps2 for long after the warranty, took the serial sticker and the warranty sticker off and took my PS2 apart and they said don't worry about it, as long as you didnt modify andything with your ps2 and you find your serial sticker then you're good to go they will fix it free of charge. (and luckily i found my serial sticker)
