What's a "noob cannon"

I kind of have a problem when one team just wh0res one gun, or one or two people ONLY use the IW or M14 or something ALL game long and don't switch. Thats the only time I have a problem with it...like apurity said, I might blurt out "****in iw" when I die...but then I leave it at that and devise a plan on how to take them out or w/e...

Anyone who thinks and complains about these weapons being newb cannons is a newb themselves. If the person playing the game is already good it doesn't matter what gun they use they are going to kill you anyways. I've killed people using IW's with a 552, its not hard, does that mean a 552 is a newb cannon because I can kill people that are using IW's with it? No it doesn't, pretty soon there won't be a gun in the game that you can use without being called a newb, its retarted, think of it this way, if you went to war and you were given the choice of using a ****** gun and a good gun, which one do you think you would choose? Do you think you would point the good one and say oh well thats a noobie cannon I can kill people to easy with that gun, lets make things harder and get myself killed and use the ****** gun , you probably would choose the good gun, and if you didn't your a moron lol.

Everyone should just stop complaining about noob tubes. I've played this game since socom I and its always the same thing. Use whatever gun you want. If you don't think that it is fair then e-mail the creators of socom and complain to them. It's the skill of the player that counts. It doesn't matter what type of gun a person uses if they can't aim it properly or shoot straight.

IVE GOT A GREAT IDEA. MAKE A 'NOOB CANNON' FORUM. ALL THESE POSTS DO IS SPAM THE BOARD. THERES OVER 100 'NOOB CANNON' THREADS. wow, almost every weapon is a n00b cannon now.

what next. the whole SOCOM 2 will be a pistols only game with M9s and M11s ???

some people complain about the RPG. ill have to quote one guy from ANOTHER topic complaining about noob cannons: "dont you watch CNN?? look at the terrorists. they have RPGs"

i think that a way to counter the so called n00b weapons is something that most people think they have, but but dont really use atthe max.

i never used that since i dont have a headset but will be getting one soon.
otter can tell what a mess is when some M203 trigger-happy player goes without comms and missa "few" 'nades, right otter? with comms you could guide nade trigger-happy players like me so others can know where the damn things are landing.

what i want to say is : with comms somone could give out the position of the enemy holding the "n00b" cannon. then somebody else could catch him from behind or throw a nade, you know, the advantages given by comms that most people forget about mos of the times and more when instead of thinking about this, they keeep complaining about noob cannnons and dont really give a solution.

i know it sounds like "huh??" coming from a no-headset player but im sure that might work.


and i would lke to add someting else. if you look at my rank and at my kills, youll see more deaths than kills.

ok, im some sort of a newbie-like player, call it whatever you want to, but you know what? of these kills you see there, IM 100% SURE NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN WITH THE "I-DUB" OR THE "M-14".

thats true. I NEVER KILLED SOMEONE WITH THEM. :) . if i used them? yes but IT WAS A RESPAWN and got pissed at the other guy using it and tried to pay him with the same money but wasnt lucky enough and switched back to the other gun that wasnt the M-14 or the I-d00b (how do you like that new "spelling", huh? its like a fusion of the word I DUB with n00b. but well.....)

so i can honestly say: IVE NEVER USED/KILLED WITH EITHER THE M14 OR THE I D00B

how do you like it? huh? not too much people can say that

p.s/ Tony Montana wasnt using a rocket Launcher, LOLOLOL he was using an M16 with an M203 and a REALLY long clip (for bullets) if you noticed the size of that thig . at such range, it was really cool to use the nade launcher :) till that "IM NEO" guy killed him from behind
