Best song placement in a movie award goes to..............

Here's an idea for a poll. Did you ever see a movie and felt "man that song is PERFECTLY placed"? Lets get a nice list of perfectly placed songs in a movie and then after a week narrow the list down and I'll make a poll for the best song in a movie EVER.

Yeah I'm bored right now in case you didn't figure it out.

song: LAYLA
artist: Derek and the Dominoes
movie: Goodfellas

If you don't get goosebumps during this scene in the movie then I'd consider checking your pulse.

song: Don't Stop Me Now
artist: Queen
movie: Shaun of the Dead

Absolutely hysterical scene in an absolutely hysterical movie. Also "White Lines" was masterfully done by Shaun, Ed, and random zombie

song: The End
artist: The Doors
movie: Apocalypse Now

A sick song during a sick ending of a sick movie! (btw I hate The Doors)
Honorable mention goes to The Ride of the Valkyries by Richard Wagner during the chopper raid. Excellent stuff!

more to come..............Like I said, I'm pretty bored right now

I have the soundtrack but I can't remember the names off hand, but I really love the work John Davis from Korn did for Queen of the Damned. That was awesome.

Another would be that reindition of Disturbed's Down with the Sickness in Dawn of the Dead. That had me rolling in laughter.

And Marilyn Manson's work in Resident Evil the movie. I'm surprised he pulled it off.

This may sound cheep, but i really thought that the song Hero bye nickleback and somebody else in SPIDER MAN was perfect.

Also I think every song in the movie MIRACLE was perfect, maybe it is just cuz i have been playing hockey since I was 8

In Residnet Evil...Slipknot's My Plauge had a perfect touch to that part...

Miracle gets a vote...How can you go wrong with that ending...with that song?

You can't!

Its a classical song that makes you think of the movie whenever you hear it. It, as many of these songs, gives you goosebumps in the beggining and is a trademark of that movie, fits it perfectly.

He allready said that led

Dunno if this counts as a movie, but the theme to band of brothers is good. They have it in the intro with all the clips of the soldiers and its fits with the images perfectly. I also believe they play that song on the last episode which makes it all the more sad.
