ya on desert glory i usually get 15-20 kills per game and i usually get like 9-12 hostages rescued so my rank is pretty high on account of that i only play 5 maps wich are Desert Glory, Chain Reaction, Last Bastion , Liberation, And After Hours

Unless of course when im in a war I play whatever.

In Sandstorm, the Seals get points for blowing the gates(as in all breach maps), the radio antenna/mast, and the ack ack gun. And as a Terrorist, I think you get a extra point, if you stay alive, and stop the breach, on those type maps.

this only happens during clan wars because in normal rooms there is always someone to blow the bridge. in clans wars you will notice that most people take it more professionaly. my clan and i take it professionaly when there are enemies to be killed then we **** around after wards. we try our hardest to take MVP away from eachother or give it to someone else if we cant have it by blowing bridges, teamkilling so that they dont get that 1 extra point needed, etc... :D

i know how you feel i had the most kills out of everyone in one round and this guy had 1 point less then me with no kills probley because of the fact it was 2 us 6 them and he planted bomb always

i wanna say a long time ago on official sony site about the game they mentioned that you get bonus points for situations as well, like killin multiple bad guys with an m9 or something.


also dont sweat losing mvp to point whores, hell i lose it all the time from my suicides but the thing is...it doesnt matter, mvp is an ego thing, as long as you know you put some "work" in to help win thats all that matters. now when they change it to where you get extra points for your rank for mvp then well see, but until then let the point whores get mvp, i just laugh at ppl who do that and are 3-9 yet they brag about mvp in lobby...lol

I also hate when you have such a good score and someone else doesn't because they are point whores. I got 18-5 in a game in Foxhunt Seals and another guy got 2-7 and he got a higher score then me for extracting a couple VIP's. Foxhunt is a great level for terrorists to score some points because you can kill the seals and also kill the VIP's. You gain alot of points for that.
