Movies that make men cry....

So today I was watching Miracle for probably the 15th time. There are parts in this movie that STILL bring a tear to the eye. Whether tears of joy, or tears of sadness, they are still tears. Then I said to myself "Boba, men aren't supposed to cry." Then I answered myself "Sure they can, as long as the movie is THAT good. SO then it hit me.......What movies have made us cry?

MIRACLE- This one gets me everytime. The "AGAIN" scene is special and Eruzione gets "tear points" here. Of course the end after beating the russians, seeing Jim Craig's dad cry after the victory. Herb Brooks in the walkway all alone after the victory. And of course, the final words in the movie....."This film is dedicated to the memory of Herb Brooks, who died shortly following principal photography .....He never saw it........He lived it.". The list never ends with this movie. 4 tears

BRAVEHEART- The very end when William Wallace gets gutted used to get me all the time. 2 tears

THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION- The end on the beach. Enough said for now. 1 tear

Ladder 49: my first tear gets shed when the first guy who is on the roof falls into the fire and they show his funeral. my second tear shows itself in the warehouse when the black guy gets blasted by the hot steam. another tear comes when the main guy relizes that there is no way he is going to get out of the building alive so he tells he fire chief that he wants him to tell his family that he loves them. my final tear comes at the end when they have everyone come up and talk about him and show his funeral. it was a powerful movie and it hit me hard.

: 4 tears

sorry i didnt know anyone's name. havent seen it since it came out in the theatre's.

Usually any movie with a dog getting killed. I do not have any at the top of my head at the time. I guess it is just because I am a dog lover.

There is one movie that can make a grown man cry on a regular basis........Backdraft! The end scene, at the funeral walk. Man, do I weep!

I watched a movie with my wife called "I am Sam" . That movie brought some tears and also Ladder 49 because it hits so close to home.

We watched I am Sam for an end of school "treat" nearly everyone in the room was bawling, myself included.

My Dog Skip: Brought a few tears to my eyes when he got smacked with the shovel and had troubles walking later, poor dog

I have yet to see Ladder 49 though...But any movie with a funeral of an introduced character (not just any guy) I might shed a few tears, I hate funerals and even though it's a movie and everyone's acting, I still feel sorry for the character in the movie...
