That is the title for the amount of posts you've done. It's not related to your online status. And BTW I don't think that the creators of SOCOM II were that worried about taunts online. I think they were more focused on the game itself.

The rank is based on post count....and the censor, we don't need stupid excessive swearing on the site, makes it look unprofessional.

Taunting is just a fun part of the game, its a bonus. I don't think that it is as big a deal as people make it out to be. Maybe everyone should chill out and realize it is just a game.
