Well, none of the images you gave me worked, and you didn't reply to my last PM. Sorry for not having the correct size, but with the render any smaller the sig looked horrible. Any changes go ahead and ask, I'll fix it right away. I didn't add your clan tag on it, I will if you want. Usually, people get kicked or drop out of the clan, and then never use the sig again. If you really want the clan tag, let me know, and I'll add it.
Anyway, here it is, I hope you enjoy it!
I can just shrink the whole sig, the size would be 400x89, if you want me to do any of that, again, let me know.
If you would like an avatar, let me know.
If anyone has comments or ways to improve the sig, let me know, and I'll confront it with Marine...If he likes the idea, I'll change it.

i think you should lower the opacity of the scanlines like 5-10% other than that, its great

Marine, the least you could have done was reply in this thread. I will not make a new sig for you, right after I finished this one. Find yourself a new designer, but I refuse to make someone two sigs, one after the other, because you switched clans.
To let everyone know, it's not a matter of changing names, he asked me to make a new sig with bubbles, or something about bubbles.

Directly from a PM, please tell me how that is not basically another request. I can change the text if you want. What you are asking for is basically redoing the background, removing the grunge. That would leave the render and some text, basically, a brand new sig.
