to me being a mod on here is comparable to being a manager at a job. yes it is responsibility but at same time meant to be some fun.you should never let it stress you out to the point of exploding,etc.here lately ive seen some ppl join(might be a second name to just piss mods off i dont know) and post stupid stuff etc, and i can see how that would grate on you as a mod.but at same time its fine to correct spelling errors, etc but if you have more than a sentence to say it should be conducted through pm's and not a post where you belittle someone or try and seem like "im higher than you".in management all that gets you is more hours cause they would most likely quit and leave.there is always going to be a misunderstanding post or somethin that might seem at initial glance to be bad or what not but if you pm the person to clarify and or tell them to fix thats worth the shot.as mods want us to pm them if theres a problem, mods should also do the same.i think on whole the mod staff IS doing a great job.i had my problem with scuba over a misunderstanding about a pm that was screwed up. we talked through pms to clarify and all was good, no problems and hes a great guy. cheesy same way for the most part.being a mod is a responsibility i wouldnt want because i like to give my opinions and not have to be political about it so once again thats another reason i respect them.and when i say mod that includes graphic staff (cause that takes alot of TIME and WORK too),etc

basically support your mods, and at same time mods support the posters with the same respect you want.

this is just opinion so not meant to be disrespectful or mean just how i feel, i managed a record store here in myrtle beach for 5 years before stress got to me and had to quit..ahhh zoloft

lmfao..as you can tell by that i dont deal with stress to well, i was told i needed anger management(which consists of ppl not pissin me off if you ask me :P lmao)

but one last time, great job MOD'in all around by all who are on the "M team".

and thanks again killa,etc for providin us socom junkies a place to post and just net junkies in general!

Thanks LuFeng, there is definitely truth in that post.

I also do, more often than not, apologize to a person in private after making a public scene, since I realize people have feelings; the only reason I would belittle someone in "public" is to not only teach the initial person a lesson, but to let everyone learn a bit from other's mistakes.

One key point is....that remember guys, these mods dont get paid to do all this. They do it all out of the pure goodness of their hearts

They all have jobs to work, bills to pay, food to buy

, probably have something better to do, but they come on this site and keep it clean for all of us.

Please give them a little more respect....try putting yourself in their shoes.

but see, look at it this way. some people like to believe that they are cool and because they are not face to face with a certain individual, that they have some sort of a superior power over them and what not. in other words... ignorance. but you cant really help that can you? all one mod can do is ban them
